Do I need to be available during the build?
No. Once you approve the proposal, we take it from there. We'll occasionally need a login or a quick answer to a question, but there are no daily check-ins or required meetings during the build.
What if I already have a website?
We audit it for free on the call. If it just needs updates, we can refresh it. If it's not serving you, we'll tell you honestly — and build something that does.
I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to manage this?
Yes. We build everything so it's easy for a non-technical person to manage. And your monthly plan includes us handling the ongoing maintenance — you don't need to touch it unless you want to.
What happens after the site is live?
Your monthly plan covers hosting, security, uptime monitoring, one round of content updates per month, and a performance report. The automations run on autopilot.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes, any time, with 30 days notice. You own the domain and all content — we never hold your website hostage.
